The Beach - Day 3

Heading out for another day of relaxing in the sun.  Little Miss thinks she's hot stuff in her bikini.  She picked it out, and Daddy wasn't thrilled with it. :-)

She's listening to Gram's MP3 player.  She loves it!  I smell a future birthday present.

They each had an earpiece in so they could both feel the music as they danced in the surf.

Ellison took a liking to finding washed up pieces of seaweed and gently slapping them against her dad or throwing them at him so he'd get wet.

I about fell over when I saw Ellison join Papa to pet the dogs.  Though she loves dogs, she never likes to be close to them.  Who is this child?

Elli just constantly wanted to be in the water.  She was giving belly laughs the whole time while we kept trying to balance on one foot with our legs extended behind us while holding hands.  She had that beautiful grin and kept saying, "This is so much fun!"

Our gang

Every morning, and several times a day we would watch a ?school of dolphins swimming and feeding right in front of our condo.  It was so cool!  And we all know how excited Ellison was with that, given her continued love of dolphins.  They would get so close!  It was very hard to catch their jumps on camera, but I managed to snap one with Jonathan swimming to the left, and one of the dolphins back and to the right.

Ellison trying to talk to her dad through the deck.  We had an outdoor shower on the level below, and she thought it was cool to talk to him through there.

Ellison roped Gram into playing with her all the time.

Come evening, we went out to finally fly the awesome butterfly kite Uncle Josh and the gang brought for Ellison when they visited in March.  I was waiting for Ellison to take off with it.

Some good waves that evening.

The first time Marek's tootsies ever touched sand.

Every evening we went for a walk, Ellison had to follow in someone's footsteps, literally.
