Ellison has been asking to go to Chucky Cheese nothing short of 2 years. Frankly, I haven't been thrilled with the idea. So she was SO excited to attend Mason's 6th birthday party there. Unfortunately, we had to leave early because she had dance class, but she and Marek had fun, nonetheless.
Marek pretty much thought he owned this car. He claimed it to be his own, and would not let anyone else get on it without him joining them. It takes a poor-quality photo of your child while they ride it - we have about 50 of those photos it seems. Ellison was so sweet to him - she kept giving up her tokens to share with her brother. :-)
Gabriel Pessoa, Marek, and Laila Grant
Annaliese Parsons and Marek. Can't you just picture this about 15 years from now? Except that won't be possible because our kids won't date until they're married.
On a side note RE: Mason, Marek loves him. Every morning when we pick up Mason for school, Marek starts to call out "Mason's" as we near his house (he used to call him "Bason"). On our way to school, Marek calls out to Mason, who sits directly behind him, and Mason puts his hand down Marek's headrest, and Marek grabs his hand, and they hold hands for about 15 seconds. And then Marek's content. It's just the sweetest thing, and they do it just about every time.
