Another beautiful day hanging out in the yard, taking a ride in the big work wagon...
Much to Ellison's complete delight, she happened to spot another caterpillar that looked just like the one at Mr. Mark & Ms. Jackie's house the week before. She immediately signed the adoption papers, and went to work loving on her new caterpillar, this one dubbed "Rarity".
While Ellison was bonding with Rarity, Marek was fascinated with the gate latch, of all things.
Ellison collected some paraphernalia to make Rarity a cozy little home in her bug catcher thingy. We hardly ever saw her leave Rarity alone. She would talk to her, tell her how much she loved her, play with her, etc. I guess you could call it a great day. :-)
