After enjoying a nice, relaxing afternoon playing out in the yard, we all headed over to Jackie and Mark's house for a great Easter dinner/BBQ. Delicious food, and such enjoyable company. At one point, while in the yard, a caterpillar was spotted. We showed Ellison and she totally wouldn't touch it until she saw me pick it up and hold it. It was all she needed to start her love of caterpillars. Seriously, she played with "Swazi" (her name for it) for the LONGEST time. Totally enamored.
Gorgeous evening. Eventually, Ellison picked out a "room" in the shrubs to set Swazi free. I was a little surprised she did it without too much sadness.
