Visions of Sugar Plums

When I was working one day, Daddy had Ellison go to her room for some quiet time.  After going in to check on her because she was so quiet (go figure), he found Sugie all snuggled up on her bear, sound asleep.  Bear is now her permanent sleeping partner in bed at night.  She snuggles right onto him, and she feels safer.  She loves hearing the story of how he came to be in our family, and asks me to repeat it a lot.  When we were in Buffalo when she was turning two, we made a trip to Sam's, where there was a giant bin of these giant fluffy bears and dogs.  We placed Ellison on the pile, and she had the biggest smile on her face while she just rolled around on them.  Titi Ana said she simply HAD to buy one for her for Christmas.  A few weeks later, when she went to buy one, they were completely gone.  So Jonathan had to search local Sam's Clubs to find one, and the bear was all that was left.  Marek now loves Bear, too.  The two of them roll around on him, giggling and burying their faces.  It's the cutest thing.
