After a fun night for Ellison (sleeping on an air mattress with Haille, talking until very late), we had a relaxing morning just hanging out at home. Alex was very interested in Marek - she would hang out by him, watching him, and fed him, too.

Ellison was going through their camera, looking at pics of their vacations. Somehow this is about the only pic where you can see Jerry!
In the afternoon we all went to the pool for a little while, and Ellison had her final swim lesson (for the time being, anyway). As the day wore on, I commented about how little the girls eat, and Alex was increasingly quiet. By dinnertime, she spiked a fever of 102.5, and lost what little food she ate. Poor thing - nothing more miserable than being sick away from home!
Ellison made herself welcome right next to Haille for the evening while we watched some TV before bed.
The fun ended the next morning as they all were scheduled to head back to Jacksonville. Thankfully, Alexandria hadn't vomited anymore, but she was still running a little fever. Not so much fun when you're facing a 7 hour car ride. :-( Ellison cried as they left. (Sigh) - it gets harder and harder on her as she gets older. Another moment of second guessing our location when watching her go through this...
