Ever since Ellison had my Aunt Betty's molasses cookies in Michigan (which she calls "gingerbread cookies"), she's been asking me to make some. Found a good recipe on allrecipes.com (LOVE that site!), and we baked. It gave us a good excuse to run across the street and meet our new neighbor, Stephanie, too.
