The awesome girls I work with on weekends threw me a little makeshift shower on my first weekend day back. It was incredibly kind of them! As Karen said, "It's the strangest shower I've ever been to..." because we actually had to work during it. They called me to come in a half hour early (I was scheduled for the last half of the day) so I could enjoy some goodies while each one of them came back quickly one by one to present me with gifts. Then we all munched here and there during work, as is always the case - never time to actually take a food break!
